My approach has been cultivated to benefit individuals who are ready to make a change, but need the right support to get there. My goal is to help you reach your goals.​ Every session is tailored to you. I create a plan that fits your unique needs and honours your experiences.

I'm a licensed therapist with a dedicated focus on high-achieving individuals. My mission is to help you create balance, manage the stress and pressure of life while achieving self acceptance with a mindset that takes your further.

My personal life experiences led me on a path from adventure guiding to therapy. This unique and round-about journey inspired me to utilize my extensive educational background in Counselling Psychology, Mental Health and Addictions Studies, Outdoor Adventure, Adventure Therapy, Environmental Leadership and Sustainability, and Indigenous Knowledges and Experiences to offer holistic, individualized support.

Whether you're facing trauma, everyday stressors, aiming to improve your sports performance, or seeking confidence in setting healthy boundaries, my goal is to help you reach your goals.

My vision is to see my clients live the life they always wanted by providing down-to-earth, realistic therapy that honours their unique experience's to help them achieve their goals.

Land Acknowledgement 

I would like to  acknowledge that I practice and share wellness and therapeutic knowledge on the island of Ktaqmkuk [Uk-dah-hum-gook] (Newfoundland), which I recognize as the traditional, ancestral homelands of the Beothuk [Bee-oth-uk] and the unceded, traditional, and ancestral territory of the Mi’kmaq [Mee-gum-maq]. As a practicing therapist and a person I acknowledge all First Peoples who came before us, who live with us now, and the seven generations to come while committing myself to working and living in a spirit of truth and reconciliation. As the Indigenous and First Peoples have done from the time of creation, I strive to work and live a responsible steward of the land and respect the cultures, ceremonies and traditions of all who call it home.
