I am a licensed therapist dedicated to supporting individuals and couples who are ready to move beyond constant pressure and feeling overwhelmed. Life can feel heavy, stressful, and demanding, even when you are giving it your all. My focus is to help you cultivate sustainable balance and genuine self-acceptance, establishing a stable mindset that supports your well-being. My approach is holistic and based on genuine connection. I blend my extensive clinical training with real-world knowledge.
My background gives me a unique perspective. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an outdoor guide, a role that required deep attention to safety, risk management, and reliable support in complex environments. This experience taught me the profound value of slowing down, feeling steady, and providing solid guidance.
Today, I bring that same careful, practical approach into the therapy room, while drawing on my background in Counselling Psychology, Mental Health and Addictions, alongside perspectives from Adventure Therapy and principles learned from studying Indigenous Knowledges, to ensure our work together is safe, relevant, and effective to establish stability in your daily life.

Land Acknowledgement
I would like to acknowledge that I practice and share wellness and therapeutic knowledge on the island of Ktaqmkuk [Uk-dah-hum-gook] (Newfoundland), which I recognize as the traditional, ancestral homelands of the Beothuk [Bee-oth-uk] and the unceded, traditional, and ancestral territory of the Mi’kmaq [Mee-gum-maq]. As a practicing therapist and a person I acknowledge all First Peoples who came before us, who live with us now, and the seven generations to come while committing myself to working and living in a spirit of truth and reconciliation. As the Indigenous and First Peoples have done from the time of creation, I strive to work and live a responsible steward of the land and respect the cultures, ceremonies and traditions of all who call it home. As a settler of Turtle Island, I invite all Indigenous and First Peoples to expand or correct this acknowledgement as necessary.
